Event Waiver Instructions
You are required to fill out a Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement before attending. A photo and video waiver is also included but is optional.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1 — Open the Waiver
Click the "2026 E-Waiver" button above to open the DocuSign waiver in a new tab.
Step 2 — Fill in Your Info
Enter your name and email address, then press "BEGIN SIGNING". No email? You can sign a paper version on event day.
Step 3 — Agree to Electronic Signatures
Check the box to confirm, then press "CONTINUE".
Step 4 — Enter Your Child's Name
Write the name of your child in the first box.
Step 5 — Click to Sign
Click the yellow "sign" button and press "ADOPT AND SIGN". You may also press "DRAW" to use your own signature.
Step 6 — Sign Page 1
Scroll to the bottom of page 1, press "Sign", and enter your child's age in the box underneath.
Step 7 — Photo Release (Optional)
Page 2 is an optional photo and video release. Use the dropdown and choose "yes" if you want to sign it, or "no" if you want to skip.
Step 8 — Complete Photo Section
If you selected "yes", your child's name should auto-fill in the photo release fields. Review the page and continue to the end of the waiver.
Step 9 — Finish
Scroll to the bottom and select "FINISH". Your response has been recorded. You may print or download a copy for your records.
